Good morning ladies!
I'm saying "tootles" to blog land for a few days. I'm going on a much needed time away with a couple friends.
We are going to the " Women of Faith" Conference up in Portland. We are so excited. It will be our first time for all three of us. We plan to make it a girls weekend out of it, dinner , hotel and of course, our fill of "Starbucks".
Are any of you ladies going and have you ever been before??? I'd love to hear your comments on your experience there.

I'M GOING!!!
I'm really looking forward to it. I have never been before. I have always been the "anti-hype" type of person. Like when they're is a book that EVERYONE is reading and doing a Bible study on, it kind of turns me off. I guess it's my strong-willed, rebellious nature showing it's ugly head. Well, I'm at a point in my life right now where I will take any type of Godly input and wisdom that I can get. So when a friend invited me, I said YES!
I hope we learn a lot, and come back women changed for the better!

Oh man I am so sad to not be going this year. Have a blessed time. I know that I always leave a better person after a Woman of Faith weekend. Have a great time!
Girls' weekends are always the best~but throw in some good WOF and you've got a better than best weekend! I've enjoyed two WOF weekends staying in a hotel with some awesome friends and have so many great memories! Just ask Julie about doing the worm in the lobby of the 5th Avenue Suites, or ask Becca about our game of truth or dare, or ask Abby about when she asked the front desk for a pregnancy test when she was 8 months pregnant, or ask me about the strangers we got to dance in the elevator with us to put on a show for Abby every time the elevator doors opened.
But the spiritual gems you absorb during the programs are just priceless! For old (er) ladies, they're pretty darn hip and hilarious! Have a great time and blog about it when you get back!
Have a great girls weekend! I am going with family in-laws and all it will be a good time spent with them.
